Leaving your child with someone else is always difficult. You want to ensure they are in the right hands when you leave. When you bring your children to Montessori School of Chantilly, you can rest assured knowing that we will do everything to ensure your child is safe and happy. We are dedicated to keeping your child safe, our school secure, and everyone prepared in case there ever was an emergency. To help ease your mind, here are a few ways that we work to ensure our school remains safe and secure for your child:
Firstly, all staff members are properly background checked. Our staff is what makes up our school and cares for the children, we make sure that our staff members are background checked before hiring them so that we can ensure your children are in safe hands.
Secondly, our school facility is kept locked at all times and only official visitors with appointments are permitted. We will never let anyone in without scheduling a visit. This helps keep people out of our school who shouldn’t be in there.
Thirdly, children are only dismissed to parents or a person pre-authorized in advance, by parents. If you are having a relative or friend pick up your child, you will have to authorize it beforehand, so that we know your child will be getting picked up by someone other than you.
At Montessori School of Chantilly, safety drills are practiced consistently throughout the year. A copy of our Emergency Plans and Procedures is available for your review in our office.
