Montessori School objective was to establish early intervention and guidance of yoga practice which will benefit the preschoolers as they develop levels of focus and stillness. A child in this school for sure will get ahead in life in mostly every task they under take. Not to forget improving their physical strength and flexibility. Today I teach at Montessori school of Chantilly as the yoga teacher and I’m excited about the student’s eagerness and enthusiasm to take their Monday yoga practice as they find it relaxing and fun before dismissal.
